Essential duties & Responsibilities
- Be responsible for preparing and implement a full educational teaching plan according to the academic department’s requirements.
- Plan, prepare and present lessons in a comprehensive manner and use visual/audio means to facilitate learning.
- Teach according to the educational needs, abilities and achievement of the individual students and groups of students; Assess and record students’ progress and provide grades and feedback; Assign work, correct and mark work carried out by his/her students.
- Communicate, co-operate with other members of the education department to maintain the teaching quality.
- Ensure the best interest of students
- Exercise open and respectful communication with co-workers, co-teachers, teaching assistants, supervisors, and other school staff.
- Collaborate with the Academic Teams in designing tests and assessing students’s performance.
Requirements
- Native English speaker
- Clear voice, good pronunciation in English
- Bachelor or Master Degree & Teaching qualification
- (CELTA/TESOL/TEFL/TKT or equivalent). Your degree and ESL certification
- SHOULD be legalised or you must be able to get this done promptly.
- Commit to work to the end of course is a must
- Has at least one year- teaching experience
- Passionate about teaching and development
- Positive, flexible, hard-working, and proactive
